That is typical lazy German staff. There are plenty of German speaking Chinese people studying in Germany. The staff at the integrations office are plain rude to immigrants. It makes you wonder why they work there. Maybe they enjoy being rude to people.

Chinese aurhorities do not allow their citizens to have 2 passports of 2 different countries. They have either Chinese Or the other nationality but never both...

england: no they don't they lost that right to matter when they started m_o l e s t i ng, r_a p i n g and a_t t a c k i n g innocent people in countries where they had been given refuge. Don't say it was just a handful of them doing this, there are 1000's of them.
