Britain gave Beijing £27.4million last year, enough money to pay for 1000 more nurses, according to the Daily Mail.

We can laugh and mock them.In the past we laugh at their defence. Now they have their aircraft carrier and latest fight plane and their military power is getting stronger. They can lots of money and can do far more than the west.Yes, stop sending money and aid to China.

Perhaps they could use some of the millions of pounds WE send THEM to finance this expedition, they could put a teeny weeny union flag next to a huge Chinese flag.

They have a plan. While US congress squabbles on healthcare China is working on being a world tech leader

Why not buy all the proposed Landing Sites first? I am sure some enterprising young fellow in your area will be more than glad to sell them to you.

Good. When they all move to Mars, it'll reduce greenhouse gases by 99%

And what if they do claim it? No one can eat that much blue cheese.

Please don't do that. You will disturb the aliens who have a base there. They could get angry and vaporise us.

Yes, Britain apparently funds countries both rich and poor. It's Britain's Quixotic Factor. Or one of them.

I hope they use better components and castings than the junk they send over here - they can't even build a £1 plumbing joint that will last.

I am sure that they are capable of building durable products. It's probably just a cost saving measure on their part to cut quality and thereby increase their profit margin. It's their version of product downsizing. Just my guess.

Actually, China only owns about 1.3 trillion, or about 7%, of the US $20 trillion debt. Nobody out seems to know this.
