The man, who was flying from Beijing to Guangzhou on April 10, said he was unsatisfied because the flight attendants failed to issue him a written apology.[CN]

Named only as Mr Shen, the passenger has been detained by the police for his unruly behaviour, according to People's Daily Online.[CN]

The incident occurred on the flight CZ323 of China Southern Airlines, which was travelling from Beijing Capital International Airport to New Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, according to reports.[CN]

The cabin crew apologised to him verbally, according to accounts, but told the man they couldn't provide him with the paperwork he had asked for.[CN]

He allegedly stormed to the galley, grabbed a large bottle of water and poured it to two flight attendants. [CN]

Afterwards, he violently shoved the two women while verbally assaulting them.[CN]

Cabin crew immediately alerted the airport police and Mr Shen was detained as soon as the plane arrived in Guangzhou.  [CN]

The Public Security Bureau of Guangdong Province issued a statement on April 11 confirming the incident.  [CN]
