That's really swell but how many kids could have been put through college on the money that was spent on this project? But it might make a bunch of Auzzies happy.
What is the significance of such a find? Not much since it was scuttled 238 years ago and very little of it is left. Who is funding this big waste of time? Does the Rhode Island Marine Archeology Project get tax dollars?
Pretty definite they found it or it would never make the news. It should all be about confirming the find at this point. That is cool it so awesome to preserve history there is so much in the ocean out there so many stories. I swear in my 22 years of sailing the 7 seas, I saw and witnessed ghost ships out there in the salty brine.
