The US, UK and its allies do weapons tests all the time and I can't see us hitting the nuclear button for the hell of it any time soon. It's not unusual for a country to test its weaponry. The papers are using a routine event to cause a moral panic.

We might want to by ballistic missiles from China instead of Trident from the US, it bound to be cheaper and now apparently has a longer reach too.

We should buy our planes from Putin as seen in Syria. Far more effective than American expensive rubbish.

I thought all nuclear weapons were on standby 24/7 ! And every country that has them has to test them to prove they work !!

Get over it, but it is a statement that actually says, if/when we go for Taiwan and Japan, you shouldn't get involved.

Does it say made in China on the side? Because if it does I doubt it'll be reliable, maybe even be overstated in some respects. Ultimately it's a pointless struggle between fickle civilizations who want feel on the right side of history, We all know this and yet we still feel the urge to keep at it.
