The internal economy in China is 1.2 Billion, and is the second largest economy in the world with 3 Trillion USD in reserves compared to your 17 Trillion USD in debt. All the other markets and relationships that China has developed over the past 30 year while the US was busy causing trouble globally and the trade packs that do not impose your political views on them and interfere in their internal affairs as the US does. Actually Ulya, our weapon systems were borne out of the Cold War with Russia. China made the statement about non expansionism, not me. Whilst I understand your comment of each having these systems, the West has tried to restrict further proliferation and only retains such systems because Russia does. Believe me, the West would prefer to spend the enormous sums on something more useful.
