another country who needs to talk up it nuclear arsenal, and like putin who said he put his on standby during his take over of Crimea , in words conventionally they have no chance given for a start they cant leave their countries with out the means to protect their forces so far from their main land airbases , and like china with one refurbished carrier, Russia has one relic well past its date with the breakers yard, so one thinks the strategy here is to keep them contained militarily and isolated political

I cannot believe that China's strategists are unaware of the inevitable consequences of using such a weapon. The nuclear winter alone, which would follow its use, would completely destroy the country's ability to feed itself. No, a weapon such as this can only be regarded as a deterrent, especially against the possibility of North Korea using its nuclear arsenal.

Tit for tat, the world is actually safer when there is single super power holding complete dominance militarily.
