Nature is truly amazing.

Probably would help if we knew what the owl looks like. I did see it, but didn't know if I was looking at the owl or not. You can only tell it's an owl when you zoom in. Why not ask if we can see the ants on the tree? There are sure to be some somewhere!

Really easy... Someone saw the owl and took a photo, they naturally centered the owl and kept it in focus. So the focuses and centered part of the photo is where it'd be.

I would have seen it if I wasn't breathing. Unfortunately a nitrogen atom came between me and the monitor and totally obscured the owl.

Owls are so cool. I was going slow, less than 10mph, had one fly directly at my windshield the other night. Then, at the last possible second it veered off to the side.

Jogging one morning- predawn - and from my left side a owl with a huge wing span swooped in across my path (about 3 feet in front of me) and snatched a mouse in the street gutter on the other side of the street. Scared the heck out of me. But it was way cool too.
