Why would it be 'yours' or 'my' back garden? There is an ecosystem there which should be respected rather than us humans claiming things as 'ours' all the time..and no I wouldn't mind as I suspect it would steer well clear of humans wherever possible (justifiably so!).

Whilst I don't agree with it I wonder if you feel the same about the hunt which targets foxes in the guise of destroying animals that supposedly kill livestock. Many vixens who are caring for cubs. Similar scenario ....

We've all seen photos or videos of a snake when it's eaten a calf, you can't mistake the shape. This snake would not have resembled that and they've killed it for no reason other than to harvest the eggs. Idiots!!
