Jail and life ban....or youngsters will think that's something they can do with no punishment.. refs should be GOD on a pitch...they may not get it right all the time but if a game is fast flowing then mistakes are only human ..but they should still be respected

No matter how much of an idiot he (or she) may be, no matter now much or how often he gets it wrong, no matter how biased you may believe his decisions to be, the referee is in charge. End of story. Bad referees & repeated bad performances by referees are something to be dealt with off the field, never by players on the field.
