The jokes were lackluster, like the presidency. One article writer said Obama is sometimes referred to as the comedian in chief. By who? Its just you writer. YOU.

So many of you just don't get it you can't be on Medicaid forever eventually it will be cancelled regardless of your income once you file a claim that's it. You will have to buy insurance or pay fines that get higher and higher and insurance that's going up higher and higher. Not just you will pay these companies but your children too and their children.

[ 0 ] [ 0 ]
SoonthareeReply toPaul

But most insurance companies would reject those who want to purchase one unless they are sure these applicants can afford to pay for the premium over the years; it's not going to be cheap for most working class people.

About this time, you may be asking yourself just what in the he!! is a "pole turtle?"

Well, if you ever see a turtle sitting on top of a pole, a number of thoughts come to mind:

You know he didn't get up there by himself; he doesn't belong up there;, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there; and you just have to wonder what sort of #$%$ put him up there to begin with!

So that brings to mind the question as to whether our current president is like a pole turtle, do they have anything in common?

Wikipedia provides this one sentence quote ... "The West African Black turtle (Pelusios niger) is a species of turtle in the Pelomedusidae family. It is endemic to Africa, in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and Nigeria."

This unusually curt description is evidence of a specie without purpose ... confirmation of a "black pole turtle" president.

The republican party deserves ridicule. Priebus and establishment lackeys have failed on their promises, which has upset the voters, and resulted in an overreaction that has placed two incredibly unelectable candidates at the head of the party. All of the republicans overspending, lack of morals (see hastert), and poor policy has led to this.

Muslim Migrants Increase Crime in Germany by 65%..IN JUST 1 YEAR...

According to statistics from the Federal Criminal Police vedomstva Germany the number of offenses committed by asylum seekers has increased dramatically. Given the large number of immigrants, it is not surprising. In 2013 it was registered 32 495 crimes, and in 2014 - already 53 890. A particularly sharp increase in thefts (from 9421 to 16066) attacks with bodily injury (from 5172 to 8994)

[ 0 ] [ 0 ]
lesReply toKentC

Trinity, I mentioned that partly because I have some experience with all of those things...particularly tree planting. Over the course of my 40 years working in the woods of the west I planted some 3,000,000 trees...by hand in rugged terrain. Land which had been logged, burned over or even, in the case of Mt. St. Helens, blasted by a volcano. I also spent plenty of that time logging big timber and during those boom days in the woods, men were kille3d at a higher rate than in warfare, at least since the end of the Vietnam War. I lost a lot of friends to the woods.

I am not putting down veterans here; just pointing out that there are one hell of a lot of Americans who have never been in the military, who nonetheless have given their all working just as hard (or harder) and just as dangerously in some cases to keep this country functioning and free.Actually, I think I have had a dam fine life...haven't been killed yet and never had to kill anybody, I probably live more free than you or anybody you know (being, as I am in the middle of the woods on an island in Ak with a lot more bears and wolves around than people).

“The end of the republic has never looked better,” the tuxedo-clad president said "

No, actually the Republic is about to be restored, Ceaser-Nero is about to be replaced by Augustin-Constantine(Or maybe Trajan or Hadrian if you like lol). From Asia to Europe regular people are voting in pro-nationalist candidates who will protect their country and do what's best for the nation. America is on the same path and is on the verge of a golden era.

Imagine manufacturing jobs returning to the states, tax inversions being banned, off shore tax shelters being banned, immigration being restricted to people that we can vet properly and who will contribute to America's tax base, H1-b visas being restricted, corporate elitists being told to support America first, 'Free Trade' being turned into balanced bi-lateral trade, tax credits for families, rebuilding our small towns and cities, huge infrastructure projects, and regular people having the spending money to buy consumer products and raise more than 1.2 children without going into debt. That's what's possible beginning in 2016.

Immigration law was passed in 1952 - Since Eisenhower illegals are given certain rights under that 1952 law that Congress passed and each Congress since 1952 has renewed - today's Republicans in Congress are well aware Obama has nothing to do with driver's licenses, work permits, etc.,.....that is all part of 1952 immigration law and has been used extensively by Eisenhower and Reagan, and Bush and Bush and Ford since that time including all Democratic Presidents also. They pretend for propaganda's sake it is all because of Obama....yet Obama has done nothing at all due to obstruction. The real reason is he is a black man and Republicans will have none of that....no black man will do better than they did. What they don't know is a martian could do better after Republicans ruined the U.S. and global economies under Bush and his minions. Why NotReply toMario

CV Gal same old lies and distortions , from a part-time nurse and full-time wacko.

Here a summary of what the 1952 laws does.

SUMMARY

"Otherwise known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 was meant to exclude certain immigrants from immigrating to America, post World War II and in the early Cold War. The McCarran-Walter Act moved away from excluding immigrants based simply upon country of origin. Instead it focused upon denying immigrants who were unlawful, immoral, diseased in any way, politically radical etc. and accepting those who were willing and able to assimilate into the US economic, social, and political structures, which restructured how immigration law was handled. Furthermore, the most notable exclusions were anyone even remotely associated with communism which in the early days of the Cold War was seen as a serious threat to US democracy. The main objective of this was to block any spread of communism from outside post WWII countries, as well as deny any enemies of the US during WWII such as Japan and favor “good Asian” countries such as China. The McCarran-Walter Act was a strong reinforcement in immigration selection, which was labeled the best way to preserve national security and national interests. President Truman originally vetoed the law, deeming it discriminatory; however there was enough support in Congress for the law to pass."

Nothing to do with what the wacko, CV nut job said.

By comparison, the House worked 1,700 hours in 2007, 1,350 hours in 2005, and 1,200 hours in 2011. The same went for the Senate, which had 99 voting days in 2013.

CV GalReply toMario

Why Not - I wasn't going to reply to you because you are a stupid, lying conservative that attempts to brainwash voters with your distorted posts, but since you lied and I correct lies.....I will correct you once again. The law passed in 1952 has been changed throughout the last 63 years. After it was passed, it was the first time all law referring to immigration were gathered in one text. Before this Act, a variety of statutes governed immigration law but were not organized within one body of text.

It is An Act to revise the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality; and for other purposes. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Too vast to list here.

ONE OF THE PURPOSES ---- is to identify the rights and privileges that undocumented immigrants in the U.S. have. You will find this list and a description of their rights and privileges by reading this section:

Complete Title 8:

TITLE 8 OF CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (8 CFR) \ 8 CFR PART 274a -- CONTROL OF EMPLOYMENT OF ALIENS \ Sec. 274a.12(c)

________________________________________

Sec. 274a.12(c)

One of the purposes is to define what an undocumented immigrant is.

One of the purposes is to categorize the different circumstances of undocumented immigrants, of which 25 different categories were defined.

One of the purposes was to express the humanitarian RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW that each of the 25 different groups of undocumented immigrants have in the United States as human beings.

One of the purposes was to identify the rights given to each of the 25 different groups of undocumented immigrants - not all are here for the same reason.

WORK PERMITS: Sec. 274a.12(c)

(c) Aliens who must apply for employment authorization. An alien within a class of aliens described in this section must apply for work authorization.

In order to work in the U.S. the alien is given an ITIN, or social security for a non-citizen, a driver's license, identification, etc. That is necessary for taxation.

So Why Not, Why Not tell the truth rather than your continued sorry attempt to brainwash voters to vote your way?

Why do you continue to lie to voters Why Not?

Do you ever say anything that is true and factful Why Not?

No, you do not.

actually, things are much better now than they were if the president hadn't intervened right before we had and almost guaranteed depression. yes, much of the entitled middle-class didn't get back everything they wanted but things would have been much worse if McCain won the race instead of President Obama. now stop whining and be glad the entire economy didn't collapse completely and forever. be glad we have an unemployment rate under 6%, be glad we have a record high economic performance in our Industrial Average, be glad that we're not spending even more money on medical debt because over 17 million people who is normally go through an emergency rooms now have medical insurance. be glad, we haven't had another 9/11 event. be glad Osama Bin Laden is dead and many of the top commanders of Isis has been eliminated. be glad there is hope for us to make improvements and we're not doomed to the legacy of the bushes and Ronald Reagan. Be glad! Be very glad!

Mr President, yes eight years ago you said it was time for a change, but by suggesting you were the agent of positive change, you lied.

What, precisely, has King Barry the First accomplished during his Presidency?

-other than:

Raising healthcare costs

Stifling our economy

Increasing the national debt to 20 million dollars

Turning the Middle East into a quagmire

Making us a welfare nanny state

Infusing Political Correctness into daily life; everywhere

Supposedly making butt pirate marriage legal (except in states where it isn't)

Wasting billions of taxpayer dollars on "green energy schemes" which haven't worked

Fomenting record gun sales

Making kids eat cardboard at school

Increasing thes size and scope of the Federal government

Welcoming Syrian terrorists

He certainly has a lot to crow about, doesn't he?

You Libtards must be so proud....

The day before Obama took office the country was losing 800,000 jobs a month the DOW was at 7,000 and there was a $1.4 trillion deficit none of which is true now.

Ah, the old "blame Bush" defense. Perhaps if you could read, the housing/financial collapse was caused by the democrats refusal to reign in the lending practices to people who could not afford a loan. Barney Frank being the main character. Bush tried, but was stifled by ....... OK wait for it......the democrats. Go suck on your baby bottle.

Carolyn, Bush deregulated mortgage derivatives which was one of the main reasons for the housing /financial collapse .

Trump is being bashed by everyone, yet he just passed the record for the most votes ever during a Republican primary (while Hillary has less votes than she did in 2008), and Republicans and Democrats alike are standing in line to vote for him. I'm NOT a Donald Trump fan, but I sure as hell would never vote for a criminal like Hillary Clinton. What we need in the White House now is a LEADER, someone who can reach both sides and not play the partisan politics that have divided us. Trump may not be a professional politician, but he's a professional businessman who has led extremely successful organizations. Maybe having a CEO instead of another criminal politician sitting in the White House is just what this country needs.

In what way is Hillary s criminal? Do you have personal knowledge to that effect? She has not been charged with anything, and she certainly hasn't been tried by a jury of her peers. This IS Amerca after all.

In the business of "farming" of sheep for food the farmers have what they call a Judas Goat. This goat is trained to lead the sheep into the barn to be processed for food. The goat is never harmed, the sheep just follow the goat and then are killed. Why do the sheep just follow the goat? They blindly believe without question. And there death is certain. The goat passes through the barn and out the back door to be able once again to lead the sheep. Mr. Trump reminds me of the Judas Goat. Why do people follow him at any cost? Where is the person who has moral character, integrity. A unifier and a candidate who will be someone we can be proud to call our president? Who can communicate and resolve problems with other nations? A Judas Goat?

Always amazing to see the Hillary zombies jump out to defend her criminal ways. If you don't know what makes Hillary Clinton a criminal, you've either come from hiding in a basement, you've recently arrived here illegally, or you simply enjoy the taste of the BS she feeds you. And you're right Roger, this is America. Where the Democrats, always griping about white privilege, mindlessly vote for the poster child of white privilege. And yes, Hillary Clinton, running against an 80 year old Socialist, has a more votes than Trump who has competed against many more candidates. Trump has 4 Vietnam deferments. You do know Hillary Clinton has never even driven herself in a car, much less served anywhere near militarily (unless you count that awful time in Bosnia when she landed under sniper fire!

When Susan McDougal does 18 months for contempt and is pardoned by a person directly involved (Bubba Clinton) ...nothing to see here, move along. Hillary wrote checks and received checks into and out of a realty trust and had "no idea" what they were for ... um because if she did she would have had a set of stainless steel bracelets slapped on her and hauled off to jail with Jim McDougal. She should have at least faced state bar discipline for her malfeasance of being "too stupid" to understand what a lawyer should know and act. Accountability at its finest...a real deeply ingrained Clinton trait...accountability and straight forward honesty. I mean I fell for it in the 1990s. But as there isn't enough Social Security money to lend out, call income, and claim the budget "balanced" what good is another Clinton in the White House? BTW...we are supposed to be against monarchies.

[ 0 ] [ 0 ]
Roger DodgerReply toFynix

No Fynix. Hillary has an actual record of what she will be for and against and we agree with her, at least to some degree. It doesn't make us morons because we disagree with you. In fact it may mean that you are the moron.

Clinton has actually received more primary votes than Trump in most states, even some of the southern states that are very pro republican. The fact is that at best Trump gets no more that 50% of republicans supporting him.
