There's no level at all on which it relates to being PC or not. The dog's been trained to walk in a way that's counter to nature's intention that it be a four legged creature and it's likely to suffer long term damage as a consequence. If you would care to walk in four legged style for a few weeks, perhaps you could come back to us and report how PC you felt about it.

Sigh....seriously???? Making a dog perform for the whims of the public is truly pathetic and exploitative and frankly it's animal cruelty as it can over periods of time damage the dogs delicate leg structure - this practice is banned in the UK and Europe. I have forwarded this to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and they have said they will investigate.
