She could have died, the child could have also died or ended up handicapped. How would she of done if she had been in the urgent need of a C-section to save the baby? And all in the wild but everything is then broadcasted on the internet? Where is the logic? These moments are supposed to be private, not viewed by millions....

I hope she had the water tested before giving birth - would have be unfortunate if the baby or mother contracted a flesh eating bacteria from the experience. Plus at 39 she is a bit old to be not worrying about complications. Seems a bit selfish to me.

The Daintree is a beautiful place and she was fortunate it all went well, even though it was a fourth birth. The crocs in the area must have been drooling with all the blood coming coming downstream. I'm glad a group of tourists didn't stumble across them too!
