To quote the Bank of Canada, they are "running experiments with the nation¿s lenders on interbank payment systems using distributed ledgers to better understand the technology. Looks nice and relaxing, I think I'll go there. They're overplaying it a bit now with the scare tactics, they never seem to realise that they would be more convincing if they weren't so OTT. Ouote from Josef Stalin: "The easiest way to gain control of a population is to carry out acts of terror. The public will clamor for such laws if their personal security is threatened". This is what this whole thing is about.
