Next they will claim Bin Laden was killed and his body thrown in the sea and no one took a single picture of his dead corpse to prove it to the world.

Trump Sues the DM
It's hard to know what to believe when you see things in the press. I've seen things happen in real life, then read the press reports on them, and though there were some similarities, the one was mainly a misrepresentation of the other. There's probably a shred of truth in this article, but which shred?

Daily Star is always known for their accurate stories. Come on people the Star makes this paper look like the Telegraph in comparison.

The tanker exploses killing the "executioner" and his fellow ISIS members. So my question is, how far away were the hostages for them to escape the explosion? The story is taken from the Daily Star....so has to be taken with more than a pinch of salt

Well done DM for the second SAS military mess up of today. Why on earth would you illustrate a story on the SAS with a picture of U.S. Marine Cpl. Kaden Pri ckett, of Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment?
[ 0 ] [ 0 ]
RatcatcherReply tocrisser
Because the SAS can't be identified.

Did you read the caption where it said "Stock image?"

The Spelling PoliceReply tocrisser
Well done crisser for confusing a stock image with an actual illustration of the report. Does someone actually need to explain to you why they do that?

crisserReply tocrisser
I know it's a stock image. But it is not even a British soldier. I am sure if an Australian newspaper illustrated a story on Diggers with a picture of a Canadian soldier you would be the first to complain. My comment was aimed at the DM, which cannot do any story on any military subject with any degree of accuracy. If I was able to accurately identify the marine in the photo by name, then so could the DM. To Ratcatcher, there are plenty of available pictures of British soldiers firing a Barrett and the DM has a healthy pixellation department to hide identities. Incidentally, I put a space in his name is because of the DM's banned word list.

The Spelling Police, it's an American Marine.
