Not entirely sure you understood the entire content of the article. Either that or English isn't your first - or even second - language. The threat was issued by the Russians. The Dutch were the ones doing the shadowing and the monitoring. Now even less sure of what the point of your "intervention" was. But it seemed to meet with the support of a few others....presumably also linguistically challenged.
