You did not mention that (Embracing Couple) picture was taken in GAZA, those are one of the 1417 Civilians killed as a result of the Israeli attack in 2014, noting that over 80% of the casualties were children and women, on the other side 13 Israeli soldiers were killed during their invasion, all inside Gaza strip, those couple were brother and sister killed in their home.

Please. Explain what make these photos "HOPEFUL"! My God, the idiot who included these photos in the group has a warped idea of "hopeful". Unbelievable. Quite frankly they brought me tears.

The photo of the heart surgeon was in Natl. Geographic. The caption was discussing the lack of staff and equipment in the over burdened system of social medicine. The anesthesia machine is not even being monitored. How does this leave me hopeful?
What about look at it this way ' Despite lack of staff and equipment ,the doc and his assistance manage to finished the surgery which took all of their patience ( 23 hours ) and time,they might face hunger,thirst and tiredness at that time but still manage to do it for the sack of a human life. Always look at the bright side of everything and you do not need this 'Leave me Hopeful' .
no need for theatrical staged scenes. This is about something beautiful, not about Pallywood studios and their idiotic propaganda.
