@Pete .... i could not agree more. Ghandi once said, "you can tell a lot about a nation by the way they treat their animals." China is undoubtedely the vilest nation on planet earth by a considerable distance ! If you are reading this and Chinese and disagree or are offended by this statement.... please for the love of God do something about this, please. i urge people to boycott Chinese goods until they sort out their cruelty towards animals and their own people, simply do a bit of research on the make of a good when considering buying something. If you have a choice of a non Chinese, go for that. Show them that we do not in any way condone their cruelty and ultimately it will hurt them if they continue to do so. China's people have never respected any animals no matter what they are and even though we are in modern times they still believe the hype of past generations that swore by these magic ingredients used to make up heir special potions. We can stop them if more people were see the real horrors these people cause our wildlife but sadly the medias are owned by many of the same people who use these sick items. Dogs & cats alone suffer so badly there I just hate seeing any chinese person as they repulse me greatly. Any president who can take trade away from China in any fashion is high in my book as no one likes the junk they produce anyhow, more of a forced buy because no one else makes it anymore. The practice has its roots in superstition, differing cultural values and the human desire for status symbols and new fads, not atheism. As an atheist, I have no desire to eat the animals you mentioned and I understand my reasons for not wanting to do so have nothing to do with religion.评论
