I believe those are alligators, not crocodiles. Gators are much less aggressive. China is the only country outside of the US to have gators, although in small numbers.[CN]

Essentially no different to lake boats in America which are constructed of 2 aluminium tubes. Not everything has to look as if it has just been delivered from the shop for it to be safe.[CN]
