Why in the heck did she stay in this relationship? She had family so why didn't she go to them. I will never understand the dynamics of a relationship like this. Sooner or later the children would have been put in harms way if they weren't already. If you can't think of yourself please think of your children and get away from the abuse.

Why don't people have life insurance or any savings? things happen everyday and you have to make sure you have the money to take carte of your family. Ah, men and their pathetic need to control and dominate. Of course that is only if the one controlled and dominated is smaller, weaker or otherwise unable to defend themselves from the abuse. I grew up with a cowardly, abusive jerk of a father, so I am familiar with their problems and propensities. Thank Goodness not all men are that way, but for many others, well it is time to evolve.

Really? I had no idea men think their out-of-control temper, bullying, beating and berating their wives, girlfriends or others was a good thing. Someone who can control their emotions usually means they are an adult. You know being in control of themselves, like a big boy. Those men(?) that can't control themselves usually wind up dead or in prison, which is really just a big ol' playpen for a lot of overgrown violent babies that have no self control and just have excuses for all the really stupid and harmful things they do.

Somehow Isis is more of a concern than the 13 year old kid walking down the street in Chicago, who just got blasted by a shotgun. Somehow Iran is a bigger concern than the 17 year old punk who beats his mother to death in New York over a bad grade. Somehow North Koreas saber rattling is more important than a 16 year old beaten to death in a bathroom over a boy. Man, have we got our priorities screwed up.

I scrolled through her Instagram page and you would never tell there were issues. Her home was beautifully decorated, she seemed like a great loving mom and a beautiful soul. My heart is breaking for her children and her family. I'm hoping they didn't witness any of this. As for this worthless piece of #$%$ I hope he gets the worst in prison. Better yet a slow painful death penalty. How could he do this to her??
That is why they say you never know what goes on behind closed doors.Do you know how MANY people have the big beautiful homes with perfect looking kids nice cars with the white fence and are living a miserable existence. Yeah maybe they aren't all living in domestic violence but many have so much stuff they are so stressed out trying to work pay for it and raise the family that it creates discord because no matter what it can't be 50/50 weather 1 or the other is the bigger bread winner or 1 or the other is left to do more raising the kids couples end up not even liking each other anymore. You need to be with your best friend the good the bad and the ugly have good communication and lots of forgiveness
Yeah, social media is pretty much fake. I deleted my Facebook about 3 years ago and its the best thing anyone could ever do. Facebook ruins relationships and there have been studies to prove it. When people get their picture taken, they smile. Doesn't mean they are not depressed and living in fear. Those who compare themselves, by themselves are not wise.

Why do people think they can beat up and even kill their spouses? What ever happened to just walking away? They always look at the spouse first as the perpetrator. Isn't paying child support better than spending 25 years in prison?
Agreed, although I would strongly suspect that child support wasn't even on her radar. Not knowing all the details but I would bet she would've been happy to just never have to see the guy for the rest of her life. And I'm guessing he couldn't take that.
This is a perfect example of allowing someone to have control over YOUR life. We don't know how this relationship got started, but I'll bet that this young Mother overlooked many dangerous signs, and mistook it for "He Loves Me".
The more I read stories like this the more thankful I am that I am single, and will never marry again. Most of my friends have been married for decades and are miserable during the years that they are suppose to be sitting back enjoying the kids and grand children.

Speaking as a man It's sad that women ( mostly women, cause there is spousal abuse toward men as well ) can't be protected from animals and soulless pieces of sht. This animal deserves the death penalty but not my lethal injection. He deserves to be put in a lions den and be torn to pieces..
