Microwave???? that removes many nutrients. They never allowed them in Russia. I don't use a microwave.
I have been steaming this stuff for the last 20 years or more this is not new news, I have had appliances that do this at least that long

why not use a steamer
Just stir fry in skillet with tbsp of olive oil and tbsp soy sauce! Or you can saute it in a tbsp of butter and a tbsp of cream for a richer sauce....it won't kill you to use some fat! Better than cooking all the nutrients out!!

I've always steamed broccoli. That is nothing new. it is easy and much healthier. I also steam cauliflower with the same result. Happy eating!

if you have a microwave safe bowl and lid...its the best way. been doing it for years.

And don't overcook it. It still should be a little firm when you cut into it. Also, it keeps cooking for a few minutes after you take it out.
Or how about a steamer instead of plopping it into radiation....to prevent your cancer....dummy.
Or buy a bag of frozen steamable florets.
I guess there's always the iPhone,,,,,,, :) when the millennials microwave breaks down and they have to figure out how to do it "old school". :)
