Eat broccoli raw! Eat carrots raw! Eat beans raw! Eat kale in a salad raw! Eat peas raw! God or Mother Nature (whichever you prefer) made these vegetables with a delicious, often slightly sweet, flavor all on their own. Why did we humans ever think we had to mess them up? Cook your corn and potatoes though, please. ;-P
My Mom did the "Plop the veggies in boiling water until they were limp and dead" way of cooking, couldn't get me to eat spinach; now why didn't the silly woman just put it on a plate raw with some salad dressing? lol
